Ms. Bailey’s ascension to this loving, soothing business endeavor caps a 40+- year career in the personal beauty care industry. As a sales and marketing consultant along with serving in senior-level capacities as Vice President of Customer Marketing (Sales) and Vice President of Marketing.
Known as a wealth builder and lifetime entrepreneur, at 25 Pat owned four beauty supply stores, two salons and a distributorship in Chicago. Across her career, she has managed, marketed and sold across the retail footprint of the US over 17 different personal care brand portfolios, and has helped develop strategic plans for ministries plus craft diversity/inclusion programs for retailers. Herclients have included small businesses along with the Fortune 100 (Some Clients Served: ORS, McDonald's, Walgreens, The Potter’s House of Dallas, Cornerstone Baptist Church, Murrays Worldwide, Inc. University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth and Proline Int’l.)
During her tenure at Pro-Line, Pat was inspired by the devastation of Alzheimer’s and by the reality that this was a disease that would affect millions. She used the experience with her mother to create ways to restore her happy memories. Equally important, she sought ways to humanize her more to extended caregivers.
Now recognized as a caregiver coach, PAT is a certified belief therpist and a certified dementia practitioner. A Christian sihe is also a mother of one son, a grandparent to two and loves to golf, yoga, study biblical history and music.
